RETURN POLICY

  • You may return your purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date. The returned merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and outer packaging to prevent damage to the box. We may refuse any returns that do not comply with these conditions.
  • Full-priced Items

  • Full-priced items can be returned for a refund.
  • Promo Codes

  • Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Sale Items

  • Sale items and items purchased with a promo code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Final Sale & Non-returnable items

  • Items marked 'Final Sale' are non-returnable. Eyewear, Hats, Hair Accessories, Tights, Beauty Products, Magazines, Lifestyle Goods and Gift Cards are non-returnable.
  • RETURNS EXCEPTIONS

  • If you return over $2000 worth of merchandise within a year period you may be subject to a modified return policy. Our customer care will contact you directly if this is relevant in your case.
  • HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

  • To request a return, simply navigate to Returns and have your order number and email address associated with your order ready. You’ll then tell us what you’d like to ship back and why, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label with instructions.

  • EXCHANGES

  • To exchange your item, simply navigate to Returns, enter your order number and email address, and tell us what you’d like to exchange. You’ll then receive a prepaid shipping label with our return instructions.
  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • At this time, we are unable to issue return labels for International orders shipped outside of the US. To send your return back, simply submit your return here and we’ll email you the return instructions. Please use a carrier of your choice with a traceable tracking number to ensure delivery. If a return is unable to be tracked, Genuine People will not be able to process your return.
  • REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund or store credit details. Original shipping charges or return shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
